Deep-fried tarantulas are a Cambodian delicacy. Quite unexpectedly, they were so good I wouldn't hesitate to eat them again. They basically tasted like soft-shelled crabs. To eat it, pick one up in your hand, dip it into the delicious lime-pepper sauce, and pop the whole thing into your mouth for sweet, crunchy goodness!
