Amok is one of the national dishes of Cambodia. It is similar to Thai or Vietnamese curry and has coconut milk added, but is not very spicy. A leaf is added to the sauce which makes it uniquely Cambodian. This was seafood, but it is also possible to get chicken, pork, fish or vegetarian amok. It can be found at any restaurant in Phnom Penh.
