This was one of many fantastic tidbits at high tea in the Jasmine Lounge at the Peace Hotel. It was a cucumber cloaked, savory and creamy rice and fish blend, elegantly tied with green onion, and crowned with a bright tomato. After touring the Bund, this was a sophisticated and tasty way to rejuvenate.
