This traditional omellete dish is a must have tradition for visitors at Jakarta Fair, one of the biggest annual events held in Jakarta. It is made of chicken or duck egg, fried with ketan (sticky rice) and spices. Serundeng (fried shredded coconut) and ebi (dried shrimp) are added as topping. It is considered as a Betawi native food.
