Noryangjin is Seoul's fisheries wholesale market. It's busiest 1 - 6am when the auctions are taking place. After that a retail market takes over. On the second floor there are a number of restaurants where they will cook the fish you've bought. We got up in the wee hours to see the seafood auction and rewarded ourselves with fish soup for breakfast
