Chicken Larb

Submitted by globejunkie
Market stall at the end
Luang Prabang Kitsalat Rd

Also known as laab and laap, this is spicy Laotian beef or chicken served with salad. It is very spicy (unless asked not to be) and can be served either hot or cold. My favorite version was at this market mall in Luang Prabang!
