Kadju Badun: Deviled Cashews
Submitted by raluca
Nescoffeeshop
Main Street, Ella, Sri Lanka

You learn to order these if they don't appear with your cold local Lion beer. The cashews are quickly deep fried in a pan fried with a variety of spices & garlic from Sri Lanka. They are super crunchy, salty and spicy and you just can't stop drinking that beer. And then eating another mouthful, and then drinking more beer.
