Shrimp Pad Thai with Egg

When in Thailand, eat Pad Thai. Duh. But make sure you ask for egg with your noodle stir fry for a nice surprise. This restaurant prepared it like an omelet. The 5 tastes of Thai cuisine wrapped in fluffy eggs. Sensational.
