From a beloved buvette in Montreal, this delicious veal loin tataki is enlivened by sage puree and crunchy “sweetbreads popcorn.” The thin-sliced meat was tender and the flavors harmonious. Much of the food here is locally sourced and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed. A must dinner spot while visiting this city.
