Pepian is the Guatemalan equivalent of the Mexican mole. Made with chiles, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and a host of other ingredients, it can definitely compete with its Mexican neighbor! While it's sometimes made with chicken, Finca La Loma serves it the more traditional way with hen. Order extra tortillas to soak up the sauce.
