The best thing about rainy Sundays in London are the pubs on every corner tempting you with a Sunday Roast lunch. You can usually choose from chicken, lamb or beef. At the Red Lion across the river in Barnes, the lamb was served with creamy swede (like a turnip), Yorkshire pudding, carrots and roasted potatoes...and a British beer of course!
