Foie Gras

Foie gras is a French delicacy, and certainly one worth having on a trip to Paris. This foie gras was the best I have had in my many trips to Paris. It was served whole, rather than as a pate, and with roasted peaches.The flavors were simple and subtle, and the texture of the whole livers took the dish to a whole other level.
