This is perhaps the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! Dar Poeta in the Trastavere neighborhood in Rome, Italy claims that its pizza is “neither Roman, nor Neapolitan–it’s DAR POETA!” Whatever it is, their pizza is incredible. The crust is so light and perfect, and the spicy flavors of the meats provide just the right amount of burn & flavor!
