Ricotta Tortellini with Sage Butter

Tortellini originates from the city of Bologna and this was possibly the meal of our trip to Italy for me (although it's hard to narrow it down to just one). Fresh ricotta filling and creamy butter sage sauce - this primi piatti was superb.
