Sweden is all about hotdogs, but this is a hotdog and then some. Taking a traditional ‘tunnbröd’ flatbread from the north of Sweden and filling it with mashed potato, two hotdog sausages, lettuce, ketchup and mustard and if you’re really feeling Swedish, add the ‘raksallad’ or shrimp salad. Brilliant combo and totally delicious at any time of day.
