You will have Appeltaart (dutch apple pie) when you go to Amsterdam and when you do, you must have it at Cafe Winkel in the hip 'hood, Jordaan. Everything about this is perfection, especially that crust. We had it almost everyday for breakfast with coffee. Don't you love vacation?
