Bife de Chorizo
Submitted by jessie
La Cabrera
José Antonio Cabrera 5099, Buenos Aires

When embarking on a trip to Argentina, make sure you are familiar with all the cuts of beef on a cow from its tongue to its tail. My favorite has always been bife de chorizo – or sirloin north of the border. La Cabrera near trendy Plaza Serrano is a great place to try it. Show up before 8 pm for the blue hair special – 50% of your entire bill!
