Moqueca is a traditional seafood dish from Bahia, the region in Brazil with the most African heritage. Usually made with a white fish, moqueca also can be made with anything from shrimp to shellfish to crab in a lovely stew that blends coconut milk with dendê (palm) oil, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cilantro.
