Mote con Huesillos

This is the most typical Chilean desert, sometimes considered a drink too. It consists of wheat (mote) in a light syrup infused with cinnamon and a couple of preserved peaches (huesillos). It's not as sweet as it might sound as the syrup is not very thick and it actually end up being quite refreshing when served cold.
