Po'boy Showdown Submitted by: eblech
New Orleans

Jazz Fest NOLA has got to be one of the best annual music festivals held in the USA. In addition to all the jazz, blues and gospel on offer, there are amazing food stalls set up across the festival grounds, providing a whole range of different Louisiana foods. At this year's past festival I went a little crazy on the po-boys on offer, sampling the fried shrimp, fried soft shell crab, fried oyster, fried chicken and the cochon de lait (smoked pork shoulder on shredded lettuce). The fried oyster po-boy was my favorite, with the soft shell crab as a close second. Can't wait for next year's festival.
