The brick-and-mortar restaurant that stemmed from the legendary Roosevelt Ave. street-cart stand of the same name is a cozy space serving the same delicious arepas and more. The buttery arepa de choclo, made of freshly ground corn and generously sprinkled with salty queso blanco, remains my fave–try it with chorizo inside.
