Doubles

Singh's Roti Shop & Bar
13118 Liberty Ave South Richmond Hill, NY

There's a big West Indian population in Richmond Hill, and Singh's is one of several good spots for roti, curry, and these, Trinidadian doubles--awesome little pancakes of fried bread and chickpea curry. They're $1 each! This place is out there in Queens but not too far from JFK airport. Worth a detour!
