The best seller (and my personal favorite) is the Salted Caramel Apple Pie, with local NY apples. This particular pie does the sweet and salty combo so well, it’s like the kosher salt and the caramel glaze are making love in my mouth and have decided that they want to get serious, get married, and have a beautiful baby, and name it “I’ll have another slice, please."
