Mukimo is a traditional Kenyan dish and it can be served by either meat, vegetables or you can eat as is. The food is very tasty. It's the Kikuyu's staple food. In all the Kikuyu's events mukimo must be prepared.

*Ed's note: Mukimo is a mash of potato with green vegetables. The Kikuyu are an ethnic group native to central Kenya.
