You can find Alouda at any market. It’s surprisingly refreshing considering it’s a milk-based drink. Those pieces floating in it are chewy agar. This one was served at the Port Louis market in a real glass with a plastic straw. You drink it down quickly near the stand and return the glass when you’re done.
