We stayed at Toshari while visiting nearby Etosha National Park. Each night the thatched roof restaurant served a 4 course meal. On the night we were served this uber-dolce poached pear in red wine syrup with creme freche, we also tried impala stew and kudu steaks! We had a bottle of Zonnebloem Shiraz from the Stellenbosch with this meal also.
