Ewedu soup tastes so good, and it is best enjoyed with amala. Ewedu soup is one of the native Yoruba foods and is highly medicinal.

Preparation: Put about 1 or 2 glass of water on fire, remove the ewedu leaves, put them into the hot water to boil. Leave it for about 10 to 15 minutes and then add other ingredients. Amala preparation: Boil water and then add the elubo powder. Stir it very well till smooth to your taste. After that, you are ready to enjoy your ewedu soup with your amala.
