A common breakfast sandwich on the street in Dakar is baguette filled with omelet--always cooked in lots of oil, and usually with onions too--with optional frites, or fries. We always put pimon, a spicy sauce, on it too. It's pretty tasty: a bit greasy, salty, and satisfying. Not surprisingly, it's rather delicious hangover food!
