Beef luk lak is a Cambodian dish served in a brown sauce with scallions and green peppercorns. The sauce itself is not spicy, but the numerous peppercorns give it a kick if you're not careful. It comes with rice topped with a fried egg and a lime pepper sauce on the side. Herb Cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and is good for traditional Khmer dishes.
