Although most commonly associated with Vietnam, fresh spring rolls are also quite popular in Cambodia. While in Vietnam they usually include minced shrimp and/or pork, those in Cambodia are more vegetable-oriented. Stuffed with fresh raw greens, carrots, rice vermicelli and, sometimes, a little grilled chicken, they are served with sweet peanut sauce.
