Dandan Mian (Sichuan noodles)

Traditional Sichuan noodles with the tongue numbing sichuan peppers, chilies, minced pork and crushed peanuts. This mouth watering dish was given a contemporary twist with a wedge of lemon that gave the heavy flavours a lightness and the spices, crushed peanuts and minced pork a delicious mix of textures.
