Fried eggplant with chilies and fish paste

Perfect to go with a bowl of white rice, the fried eggplants are stuffed with fish paste made partly with fish and the rest is flour. The eggplants then deepfried with chillies, spring onions and a soy sauce base then served—alot more satisfying than eggplants drenched in oil.
