This local dimsum dive opens at 3am and sells out by noon. Everything is made fresh in the morning and possibly the best lormai gai I've had. the gravy oozes out when you cut through the rice with chopsticks, it's rich and savory and a hint of sweetness from the rice. http://julianaloh.com/blog/?p=5368
