Ladoos are a type of typical Indian sweet, shaped as a ball. Boondi ladoos are made with chickpea flour, sugar and ghee (clarified butter – an essential ingredient to most Indian sweets). Crushed cardamom seeds are added for aroma and flavor, as well as dried fruits such as raisins and cashewnuts.
