If you're used to delicious tandoor cooked tikka and looking to try something with a little more pizazz, the chicken achari is a must. This version, discovered at Pind Balluchi in Delhi's Connaught Place, was the best we found. 'Pickled' chicken tikka - fenugreek, cumin, fennel, turmeric, chilli... balanced out with a vegetable biryani, perfect!
