Palak Paneer

Submitted by janvi10

Palak paneer/spinach gravy with cottage cheese cubes. Palak is spinach and paneer is cottage cheese, which is a North Indian dish widely ordered in India. With a few basic ingredients available in any store worldwide, one can make it easily, and it's not a time-consuming dish. Spinach, garlic, onion, turmeric and salt are some of the few ingredients needed. The dark green colour is natural with the quality of fresh spinach used. The taste is mostly of spinach, and it's a thick gravy for parties, picnics, lunches, and dinner with steamed rice and the Indian bread chapati.
