A local market vendor sold these made with rice flour mixed with water, sugar, and milk. The sticky rice flavor is creamy. Deep-fried in oil, this is a crispy yummy sweet. It’s called rice cake (ghila pitha) and is from the northeast of India, found in village markets or homes.
