In Assam, India, every small local restaurant menu has roti. This one is 20 kilometers away from my hometown. Regional and traditional cuisine that’s native to our country–there are many roti recipes of India … this is made pan-fried with oil and salt mixed with water …. it is tasty, soft, oily, salty and sweet, a simple delicious breakfast in a round shape.
