Vodka gol gappa

This is an interesting take on gol gappa, one of North India's favorite chaats. You're meant to pour the flavored vodka—pepper, tamarind, jaljeera (cumin), or aampanna (green mango)—into a potato-filled puri, and pop the whole thing into your mouth. Better in theory than in taste, I'm afraid to report, but kudos for creativity!
