A fried shrimp maki (roll) at our favorite kai-ten (conveyor belt) sushi place, Sushi Zo (すし蔵). The entire shrimp is fried in panko (not tempura, as is often done in the US), wrapped in rice and seaweed, and then cut into bite-sized pieces.
