Funabashi Anpan

Submitted by kayokorob
Hearth Brown
Japan, Chiba Prefecture, Funabashi, Honcho FACE 2F

Anpan is famous all over Japan. It is simply bread with red bean paste inside. Hearth Brown in Funabashi makes it with a local twist. It has red bean paste and fresh whipped cream inside! Each one is stamped with the first character in Funabashi (meaning boat). Located in the FACE building, it's between the JR and Keisei train stations.
