Yakisoba is stir-fried noodles, meat and veggies. On the mainland, the noodles are small, and it is basically the Japanese version of chow mein. The Okinawan version contains fatter noodles, goya (bitter melon), pork, and spam, an unfortunate American addition to Okinawan cuisine! There are many choices in the food court. This was the most crowded.
