Soba

Soba place, underneath BBB coffee shop
Outside Nishishinjuku St, Omekaido St, Tokyo

Cold, chewy buckwheat noodles, with a bowl of dipping sauce (tsuyu) made from a base of soy sauce, sugar and mirin and wasabi and spring onion added to taste. This came with a side of pickles and fried rice. Filling but refreshing on a humid day.
