Ten Second Clams

Zeniya Restaurant, offers Counter Kappo cuisine, (cut-and-grill). We were treated to sashimi, calamari, eels, clams, and even abalone guts. But the live clams that we each cooked for 10 seconds on a heated lava rock in front of us were spectacular, delicious and the best clams I've ever eaten. With a fresh, chewy, sweet taste that was truly amazing
