A typical Macanese dish of minced beef, diced potatoes stir-fried with onions, and Worcestershire sauce--possibly the origins of "fusion" cuisine from the Portuguese who were the first of the colonial masters that arrived in Asia in the 15th century through their missionary work. Minchi is a Macanese dish that the Chinese community had created and continues to be served in restaurants with a side of steaming white rice. Definitely one of the traditional dishes to try when visiting Macau.
