Av. da Praia Grande, Macau

A typical Macanese dish of minced beef, diced potatoes stir-fried with onions, and Worcestershire sauce--possibly the origins of "fusion" cuisine from the Portuguese who were the first of the colonial masters that arrived in Asia in the 15th century through their missionary work.
