Chili Crab

Sea crabs tossed in a thick chili sauce, SE Asia’s version of blue crabs with old bay. This rendition was great, however another SE Asia-dwelling friend has told me that crabs of over 1kg can be purchased, making the task of picking the meat less arduous, and diminishing the risk of devastating chili sauce + crab cracking related injuries.
