Heng Hwa Bee Hoon (兴化米粉), a well-known dish from PUTIAN (莆田) region in Fujian province, China. Mainly wok-fried up with LaLa Clam, prawn, Chinese mushroom, red onion, and veg; lastly you put Bee Hoon noodles to absorb the soup broth till dry, not oily. It is totally healthy and delicious food!!
