Although it is not a traditional dish, ke kou mian (KKM) is Singapore's local brand of instant noodle - KOKA, founded in 1986. The cooker had skills in handling the curly KKM noodles, and tau kee becomes a unique differently textured dish. Because of this, there's always a long queue formed here on every day. Unbelievable taste! Thumbs-up!! Ho chiak!
