Deep-fried taro ball with pickled egg yolk

Taro dough is rolled into a ball and stuffed with a combination of pickled egg yolk and pork floss. The taro is slightly sweet and filling, the egg is...eggy, the pork floss is doing its whole sweet and savoury thing, the frying is good. This is tasty, as evidenced by the long queue, but definitely one to save for when you're hungry.
