Papaya milk is particularly associated with the southern city of Kaohsiung but popular all over the island. Quite simply consists of fresh papaya blended with milk, maybe a bit of honey or sugar. That’s it. Refreshing, not too sweet (surprisingly) and world’s apart from the processed version available in every convenience store.
